The Atelier des Fleurs line by Chloé invites exploration of flowers, woods, and leaves through a personal perspective, with each fragrance conceived by a distinct perfumer inspired by a unique botanical muse.

Cedrus emerged as a distinguished entity: a refined yet radiant wooden bouquet conceived by Quentin Bisch in 2019. Chloé introduces Cedrus Intense, a more powerful version of its distinctive smell, co-created by Bisch and Louise Turner. This refined piece retains the core of the original while enhancing its profundity. Chinese cedar, Indian sand vetiver, and Australian sandalwood provide a formidable trinity of woods, enhanced by cardamom, bergamot, and a trace of rose—Chloé’s signature floral note—now imbued with leathery, smokey undertones. The outcome is a multifaceted fragrance that maintains the ethereal sophistication characteristic of Chloé, while incorporates more depth and intricacy. The woody harmony creates an olfactory framework that ascends like to the cedar tree – erect and steadfast.

The scent is presented in the signature Atelier des Fleurs bottle—an exquisite pleated glass flacon crafted by Chloé’s creative team. The sculptural contours are crowned with an ivory-hued cap, intricately fashioned to mimic genuine stone, adorned with subtle gold embellishments at the neck and label edges. The bottle comprises 50% recycled glass, while the label and box utilise recycled paper, reflecting the house's enduring dedication to sustainability. The tactile characteristics of the pleats and the nuanced inconsistencies in the cap's surface embody the collection's appreciation for the beauty found in nature's imperfections.

To commemorate the debut of Cedrus Intense and the new extensions of the Atelier du Bain collection, Chloé Fragrances is presenting a limited-time partnership with Mondrian Singapore Duxton. Guests may reserve a special staycation experience named “A Scented Getaway” at the Mondrian Shophouse Suites until 18 April 2025. The bundle comprises an Atelier des Fleurs Afternoon Tea for two at Christina’s and a trio set of Chloé hand creams. Meticulously designed to reflect the brand's sophisticated femininity and organic grace, the collaboration actualises the fragrance inside a tranquil, immersive environment.
