This salad dressing is a staple, including a unique ingredient that imparts creaminess and unifies the components: nutritional yeast.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
Two tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (apple cider vinegar is also acceptable)
1 teaspoon of mustard (Dijon or whole-grain preferred)
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
1 pinch of preferred spices (e.g., black lime, sumac, garlic powder, crushed ginger, and smoked paprika)
Your preferred salad greens, diced vegetables, nuts, cheeses, and grains
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a glass or small bowl. Employ a fork to thoroughly combine the components until they get a homogeneous, creamy consistency. Another alternative is to combine all the contents in a lidded jar and shake it vigorously.
Recommendation: Dress the salad immediately prior to serving and gently mix it with tongs. For salads containing denser ingredients (such as tomatoes, nuts, cheese, or grains), first coat the greens, mix them, and subsequently incorporate the toppings. Otherwise, all the toppings will settle at the bottom of your bowl.
