He is collaborating with the luxury cruise line Cunard to inaugurate a four-voyage residence next year, subsequent to the recent revelation that Michel Roux would also be introducing Le Gavroche to four of Cunard's Fjords trips in 2025.

Nathan Outlaw Initiates Culinary Residency with Cunard
Nathan Outlaw excels in seafood preparation. Situated in the idyllic Cornish hamlet of Port Isaac, his restaurants exude coastal allure: the Fish Kitchen, a harborside establishment located in a 15th-century fisherman's hut, and Outlaw's New Road, which presents an upscale seafood concept among breathtaking sea vistas. Outlaw's Guest House offers a fantastic location for accommodation between visits to the above mentioned restaurants. Considering those factors, a cruise ship residency appears to be an obvious choice for Nathan, and his Fish Kitchen is set to debut on select Cunard voyages in 2025.

What will the new residency entail? To physically experience it, you must reserve a place on one of four Mediterranean cruises conducted by Cunard’s Queen Victoria ship next year, during which Nathan will directly supervise a series of private, five-course seafood tasting dinners. These dinner parties for 60 guests will prominently feature exquisite seafood, utilizing fresh Mediterranean ingredients as the foundation for each dish.
Nathan will concurrently serve as an Insight Speaker at the ship’s Royal Court Theatre, conducting a series of Q&As centered on his ascent to culinary prominence. Guests seeking a more interactive experience will have the opportunity to participate in live cooking demos, allowing for enough immersion in the culinary arts—all from the luxurious setting of a Cunard ship with the Mediterranean coastline as a background. What could surpass this?

The four-voyage series will commence on 7 July 2025 with a 14-night journey from Barcelona to Civitavecchia, Rome, during which Nathan will participate for the initial seven nights. Future voyages are scheduled for August and September. For additional information, please visit cunard.com
