Crosby Studios Provides an Industrial Enhancement to Avgvst Jewelry's Berlin Store

Crosby Studios and Avgvst Jewellery are continuing their culinary-themed collaboration following a successful earring launch earlier this summer. The creative company transformed the jewellery brand’s Berlin store into a ghost kitchen, incorporating reclaimed furniture and stainless steel cooking apparatus.

Although Avgvst's front resembles a conventional European jewellery store, the interior reveals an entirely distinct environment upon admission. Jewellery is exhibited on numerous steel items usually intended for culinary use, while office blinds contrast with bare brick walls. The store, characterised by Avgvst’s distinctive yellow, features a vibrant colour palette that predominantly incorporates yellow accents, which mitigate the starkness of the otherwise industrial steel cookware. Notable attributes comprise the prominent kitchen sink at the store's entrance, a rinsing tap with a coiled arm and the exhibition of folding camping tables, chairs and stools as permanent furnishings.

Although Avgvst’s new aesthetic may evoke a jewellery store transformed into an industrial kitchen, it encompasses more than that. The establishment features a tattoo parlour at the rear, functioning as a pop-up venue for burgeoning tattoo artists whose artistic endeavours resonate with Avgvst’s ethos. Artists will provide bespoke designs alongside creations influenced by the brand's whimsical jewellery ranges. The rear of the store features a garden that will accommodate communal events such as yoga lessons, meditation sessions, and pop-up dinners.
