Lancôme is enhancing the travel experience at Singapore Changi Airport by launching the Génifique Ultimate Traveler’s Repair Clinic – the most extensive activation to date in the Terminal 1 Central Piazza. In collaboration with the premier Shilla Duty-Free Singapore and Changi Airport Group, the beauty brand encourages travellers to explore the future of skincare.
Lancôme advances beauty innovation grounded in scientific research, introducing significant developments such as the Génefique Ultimate Serum and its inaugural AI beauty consultant, Génefique AI. This engagement solidifies Lancôme as the inaugural brand to innovate and customise Jewel Changi Airport, introducing a SkyTrain and pillar coverings to create an immersive experience for travellers.
The Repair Clinic provides a unique tailored shopping experience, facilitating essential relaxation amidst hectic trips. The Génifique Ultimate Traveler’s Repair Clinic addresses skin issues caused by climatic variations and environmental stressors, offering tailored skincare product recommendations.

Upon entering the advanced experience, travellers are greeted by a futuristic LED hologram presentation of Génifique Ultimate: Lancôme’s latest skin-repairing serum. The serum is formulated with 27 years of research in repair science and contains BetaGlucan-CM, an ingredient that enhances the skin barrier and promotes skin rejuvenation. The clinic offers consumers an in-depth exploration of the serum, showcasing a microscopic perspective of Beta Glucan and detailing Lancôme’s ingredient process on an interactive, motion-activated RFID display screen.
Prior to travelling, individuals may also choose complimentary skin therapies and treatments. A rapid personalised skin assessment serves as a convenient enhancement for individuals in haste, while Lancôme furthermore provides the Pro-Radiance Booster Service, a 10-minute facial designed to achieve more luminous, radiant skin. In addition to repair services, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in repair shots enriched with beneficial minerals and antioxidants.
