Louis Vuitton's fragrance line, reintroduced in 2016 following a 70-year absence, signifies a significant enhancement of the Maison's heritage in the domain of fragrance.

Conceived by Marc Newson and realised by Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, the minimalist bottles embody purity through sleek glass contours, etched branding, and refilling systems. Each bottle is tactile and enduring, reflecting the journey it embodies and the Maison’s enduring dedication to workmanship. Central to Louis Vuitton’s olfactory narrative is the essence of travel - both outside and inward. Fragrances like “Attrape-Rêves” and “Spell on You” encapsulate this sensibility, refining rose and lily-of-the-valley using innovative extraction techniques pioneered in Grasse to express both gentleness and power, spontaneity and intricacy.

In 2024, this tale evolved with LVERS, a new chapter developed in creative partnership with Pharrell Williams. Created in collaboration with Jacques Cavallier Belletrud and Camille Cavallier Belletrud, LVERS encapsulates sunlight into fragrance, symbolising hope, vitality, and universal warmth. Influenced by Pharrell's inaugural Louis Vuitton menswear presentation at Pont Neuf, the scent examines photosynthesis as a poetic metaphor, amalgamating the uncommon green note of galbanum with ginger, cedarwood, sandalwood, and bergamot. The outcome is a sensory homage to nature's restorative forces and the transformational potency of light. Bottled in a distinctive cylindrical flacon with a prismatic golden liquid, LVERS embodies Louis Vuitton’s contemporary masculinity—holistic, elemental, and profoundly uplifting.
