The appointment-only section is included in the $400 million redevelopment of Landmark, a high-end shopping centre complex in the Central Business District.

The French couture house Schiaparelli has established its presence in Asia by choosing Hong Kong's Landmark as its inaugural permanent regional salon. This exclusive appointment-only venue in Central signifies a significant advancement, transitioning from ephemeral pop-ups to establish a permanent refuge for the maison’s East Asian clientele.

Conceived by Creative Director Daniel Roseberry and the architectural firm Halleroed, the 1,700-square-foot area rejects conventional retail configurations in favour of a surrealist, immersive atmosphere. The design honours the brand's historic origins at 21 Place Vendôme while incorporating striking, modern innovations. Notable attributes comprise a VIP suite conceived as a private domicile and a gold-mosaic bathroom including a solid gold toilet, reflecting the residence's tradition of elevating utilitarian items to the status of great art.
CEO Delphine Bellini emphasised the strategic significance of the city, asserting, “Hong Kong has historically occupied a unique position in the luxury sector.” It is a city where cultural refinement, global perspective, and appreciation for excellent craftsmanship coexist harmoniously. By integrating into the esteemed luxury ecosystem at Landmark, Schiaparelli fortifies its ultra-exclusive growth strategy, emphasising rarity and cultural intimacy rather than mass-market expansion.
