The American Express Champion Small project ends on December 7.

American Express has introduced its latest Shop Small program to bolster small enterprises by motivating the public to advocate for their local high streets and "reap the rewards of 'Shopping Small' while supporting burgeoning, creative independent businesses."
American Express has been advocating for small businesses through its Shop Small campaign for more than ten years. This promotion encourages Amex Cardmembers to support their preferred small businesses. Every Amex Cardmember has been urged to nominate their preferred small business for an opportunity to win one of ten £10,000 business grants.
The businesses awarded the funds will receive support from AMEX, which aims to promote the establishment of cultural spaces, fashion boutiques, bars, and restaurants. In conjunction with small businesses, AMEX has appointed Golda Rosheuvel as a judge for the Champion Small Initiative, where she advocates for independent fashion labels such as SS Daley and Wales Bonner.

“As an individual consistently motivated by the remarkable energy and ingenuity generated by small and independent enterprises in the UK, I am delighted to collaborate with American Express on Shop Small,” stated Golda Rosheuvel. Small enterprises contribute significantly to the diversity of our communities and play a crucial role in my life, particularly as the esteemed co-owner of the award-winning Imma The Bakery. I am thrilled to serve on the judging panel for Champion Small, a new project encouraging Amex Cardmembers to nominate their preferred small businesses for an opportunity to win one of ten £10,000 business grants.
