Ben Hundreds Is Launching a Restaurant in Hollywood

Following his success in the streetwear sector with his brand The Hundreds, Ben Shenassafar, also referred to as Ben Hundreds, is pioneering advancements in the restaurant industry.

The entrepreneur is set to inaugurate his inaugural restaurant, The Benjamin, in Los Angeles next week. Located in a 1920s Art Deco structure in Hollywood, the establishment seeks to provide a refined interpretation of American classics.



Shenassafar has collaborated with Executive Chef Johnny Cirelle, previously of Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, as well as mixologist Nathan Oliver, culinary strategist Kate Burr, and bar proprietor Jared Meisler.



Cirelle has assembled an elegant selection of American favorites, including shrimp cocktails, chicken wings, and salads. Ben Shenassafar offers a signature burger: The Benjamin Burger, which includes hickory sauce, grilled onions, and house-made pickles. Additional prominent offerings include a Wagyu house strip and a roasted branzino accompanied by red chimichurri. The dessert selection includes carrot cake, sticky toffee pudding, and further options. Oliver has curated a comprehensive bar menu that reinterprets traditional cocktails, utilizing exclusively seasonal ingredients for all beverages.



The Benjamin features a dining area with 58 seats and a bar with 15 seats. All personnel will be provided with outfits sponsored by The Hundreds. Although The Benjamin is Shenasaffar's inaugural restaurant, he is well-acquainted with the culinary realm, having hosted Tastemade's cookery program Big Appetite.



The Benjamin will formally open on June 25, with reservations currently available. The restaurant will offer meals from Tuesday to Saturday, commencing at 5:30 PM till late.
