The Holy month of Ramadan, observed by Muslims globally, is a period characterized by reflection, empathy, discipline, and community, manifested via fasting during daylight hours.

This year, the Montblanc Majlis, the Arabic term for sitting room, reemerges as the brand collaborates with Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai to offer a distinctive culinary experience.
Throughout the month, the retreat's serene Palm and Fountain gardens are converted into an archetypal majlis that harmonizes luxury, tradition, and heritage, offering a soothing refuge. Guests are encouraged to explore the meticulously designed Iftar experience commencing at dusk, featuring a cuisine of Middle Eastern classics chosen by the acclaimed chefs of Ninive.
Regarding the relationship and the brand's observance of the Holy month, Franck Juhel, President of Montblanc Middle East, India, and Africa, states, “We are pleased to return to commemorate the essence of Ramadan with the Montblanc Majlis in Dubai.” In collaboration with Ninive and Park Hyatt Dubai, we aspire to provide an intimate environment for fostering significant connections and treasured experiences with your loved ones during the Holy month of Ramadan.

Featuring three rotating menus each month, the offerings include traditional hot and cold starters, followed by main courses such as Seabream Tagine, Shish Burak, and Braised Lamb Shoulder Tashreeb. Additionally, live cooking stations present a variety of grilled meats and seafood, complemented by a carving station serving Lamb Ouzi and Whole Sea Bass. Ninive concludes the supper with an assortment of local and continental dessert delicacies for the guests.

As darkness progresses, the Fountain Garden majlis undergoes another transformation to accommodate a Suhour late-evening experience. Accompanied by the ambient sounds of a live Oud musician, the culinary selection presents a variety of exquisite sharing-style meals crafted exclusively by the Ninive team.
The Montblanc Majlis by Ninive at Park Hyatt Dubai will continue until March 29. The buffet Iftar is available from sunset until 8:30 p.m. The GST is 350 AED (about $95 USD) per person, and the plated sharing Suhour commences at 10:30 p.m. Prices commence at 375 AED (about $102 USD) inclusive of GST.

Reserve your place at the Palm and Fountain Gardens via the Park Hyatt Dubai website. For additional information, please visit the Montblanc website.
