Shake Shack Expands into Thai Cuisine with Green Curry Offerings

Shake Shack's exclusive Green Curry Menu will be offered from July 2 to September 26 at all Shake Shack locations in the UK.

Shake Shack embraces innovation by experimenting with new flavors and refreshing its menu. The fast-food restaurant has previously introduced special edition products such smoky BBQ, al pastor, a matcha cookies and cream milkshake, a hot honey menu, among others. Shake Shack is now expanding into Thailand by introducing its new Green Curry Menu in the United Kingdom.

Shake Shack is introducing a limited-edition menu with Thailand’s distinctive green curry flavor, including a Green Curry Burger, Green Curry Chicken, and Green Curry Fries. Each item has a distinctive green curry mayonnaise and is enhanced by components such as fresh cucumber slices, a medley of herbs, and crispy ale-marinated shallots.

“Motivated by the UK's affinity for curry, our new menu focuses on the dynamic flavors of Thai green curry.” Peter Kayaian, Culinary & Product Development Manager of Shake Shack, stated, "We have developed a sauce that incorporates green curry paste with chilies, aromatics, and spices, enhanced by fish sauce and fresh herbs to achieve an authentic Thai essence." The burgers are complemented by a mixture of Thai basil, mint, and coriander, accompanied by cucumber slices for a refreshing contrast. We are thrilled to provide this new menu to our UK Shack enthusiasts for their enjoyment. In addition to the unique food offerings, the menu features beverages such as a Thai Tea Shake and a Dragon Fruit Pomegranate Lemonade.
