LG's reintroduced Wallpaper TV features a 9mm True Wireless OLED, an enhanced Reflection Free panel, and an AI-enhanced webOS interface.

The W6 embraces a True Wireless concept. A distinct Zero Connect Box is positioned across the room, transmitting visually lossless 4K video and audio up to 10 meters away, while maintaining only a single inconspicuous power connection on the wall. LG's innovative Hyper Radiant Colour Technology and Brightness Booster Ultra enhance luminance to 3.9 times that of traditional OLEDs, while maintaining very low reflections, achieving the industry's inaugural Reflection Free Premium certification. The α11 AI Processor Gen3 operates a Dual AI Engine that simultaneously reduces noise and maintains texture, enhancing detail without an artificial, over-processed appearance.
This Wallpaper OLED is impressive for gamers: 4K resolution at 165Hz, 0.1ms reaction time, NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium, along with Auto Low Latency Mode to optimise performance for next-gen consoles and high-end PCs. LG is marketing the W6 as both a design artefact and a display device. The sophisticated wall mount allows for a seamless edge-to-edge installation, while LG Gallery+ transforms the display into a dynamic showcase of movie images, gaming artwork, personal photographs, and AI-generated visuals accompanied by mood-aligned soundtrack.
WebOS incorporates Voice ID profiles, Multi-AI compatibility for Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, and a “In This Scene” concierge that can provide casting information and generate AI pictures, all secured by the LG Shield security framework. Park Hyoung-sei refers to the revived Wallpaper TV as “the exquisite amalgamation of our True Wireless expertise, form factor innovation, and 13 years of OLED proficiency,” indicating LG’s ambition to dominate both visual quality and living-room aesthetics in 2026.
