Following its 53rd couture presentation, Balenciaga has launched a celestial campaign for its flagship Le City bag. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, the fashion presentation showcases the hallmark accessory of brand spokesperson Nicole Kidman with associates of the House, including Kate Moss, Amelia Gray, and Kit Butler.

The renowned bag was initially introduced in 2001 and has since experienced numerous modifications to attain its iconic status. The latest edition, crafted in Italy, utilizes Arena leather and is adorned with Palladium Vibrato hardware, with small metal buckles and rounded stubs on the bag's exterior. Upon closer inspection, leather zipper pulls are arranged according to lace, while the handles exhibit braided finishes. With time, the bag develops a distinctive patina resulting from natural oxidation.

The design specifications include a detachable shoulder strap, an interior zipped pocket, and cotton canvas lining. The bag is currently available in light beige, dark beige, pale pink, dark green, blue, and various other shades.



Balenciaga's Le City bag is purchasable on the brand's online store. The item is available in micro, small, and medium versions, with prices varying from $1,890 USD to $2,900 USD.
