The artist headlines the new season’s campaign, unveiling an original music video that adds a rhythmic touch to the brand’s latest release.

Gap's Spring 2026 campaign has launched, featuring Grammy-nominated artist Young Miko as its representative for the season. In conjunction with a traditional photographic campaign with heather grey GapSweats, the Puerto Rican rapper also released an original music video. Gap exclusively premiered "Sweats Like This" for the ad, providing Young Miko an ideal platform to exhibit her talents, and she did not disappoint.
The video features Young Miko's 2025 release "WASSUP," modified to incorporate a dancing interlude for the intricately planned presentation. The complete video was directed by Bethany Vargas, filmed by Olivia Malone, and included choreography by Zoi Tatopoulos. Young Miko and her backing dancers, attired in coordinated sweatsuits, showcased minimalist aesthetics curated by Caroline Newell in collaboration with fashion and image consultant Alastair McKimm, transforming GapSweats into a creative blank canvas.

The video is dynamic, characterised by considerable movement and style, seamlessly complemented by Young Miko’s delivery. Fabiola Torres, Chief Marketing Officer of Gap, stated, “This campaign allows us to engage audiences at the intersection of contemporary culture through music, movement, and storytelling.” This release arrives at a pivotal moment for Latin music—a genre that has significantly influenced worldwide culture, including fashion, dance, and self-expression throughout generations. Music fosters unity – it transcends linguistic barriers, evokes joy, and unites individuals. The collective energy is key to our effort.
