Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci attended the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2026 show in costume during Milan Fashion Week. Seated in the first row beside Naomi Campbell, they seemed to draw inspiration from their performances in The Devil Wears Prada, igniting internet debate on whether it was a mere coincidence, a marketing gimmick, or potentially a scene from the upcoming sequel. This week, filming for The Devil Wears Prada 2 officially commenced in Milan, including Emily Blunt, Anne Hathaway, and other speculated guest stars captured on camera.
Today, Blunt donned a navy blue outfit. While strolling through Milan with her co-star Justin Theroux, she was observed wearing a semi-sheer knit polo from Self-Portrait, embellished with gold buttons that she left partially undone to accentuate her coordinating gold necklaces. A single pendant, a vintage-inspired coin featuring a diamond compass and the inscription "eternity," was crafted and hand-finished in Los Angeles by Āzlee.

Blunt's wide-leg trousers, slightly darker than her top, were cinched at the waist and cropped at the ankle, exposing a hint of skin above her white Axel Arigato sneakers. Adorned with black nails and dark sunglasses, Emily Charlton—apologies, Blunt—was not to be trifled with.
Filming on The Devil Wears Prada 2, a sequel to the 2006 film, commenced in July in New York City, with a scheduled release date of May 1, 2026, coinciding closely with the Met Gala's traditional first Monday in May. Directed by David Frankel, the film is adapted from Lauren Weisberger’s novel Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns. In addition to the principal cast reprising their roles, production has confirmed the involvement of Simone Ashley, Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, BJ Novak, and Pauline Chalamet. Sydney Sweeney was allegedly saw on set with Blunt in August.
