Yorgos Lanthimos' much awaited Bugonia premiered at the London Film Festival in the U.K., accompanied by the stars. Included in the group was the director's regular partner and star of the upcoming production, Emma Stone, who embodied the film's color palette.

For the event, Stone and her long-time stylist Petra Flannery selected an exquisite orange gown from Louis Vuitton. Designed by Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquiere, the column dress features a straight neckline and a floor-length hem, supported by slender spaghetti straps that create an open-back appearance. Accompanied by substantial gold hoop earrings and a shawl cascading from her arms to the red carpet, she epitomized timeless glamour.

The orange gown coincidentally complemented her distinctive red hair, which Stone had earlier shaved for Bugonia. Mara Roszak, a hair stylist, styled a short haircut with a deep side part and subtle curls, using tinted copper. Makeup artist Nina Park opted for a natural aesthetic, featuring a deep red lip and a fresh complexion that accentuated Stone's emerald eyes.

Premiering at the month's conclusion—on Halloween—the dark comedy serves as an English-language adaptation of the 2003 South Korean film Save the Green Planet! by Jang Joon-hwan, centering on two conspiracy theorists who abduct their company's CEO, believing her to be an extraterrestrial intent on annihilating Earth. Alongside Stone, Lanthimos enlisted Jesse Plemons, who collaborated with the pair on Kinds of Kindness (2024), and Aidan Delbis, who is poised to make his feature film debut with this project.
