The innovative new frames incorporate adjustable temples, a detachable nose cone, and a temple shape reminiscent of frog legs.

Oakley is advancing its futuristic vision with its newest unique eyewear product. The firm is reexamining its famous Oakley Plantaris frames and reinterpreting them through a 2075 lens to produce the “Plantaris Ti” - a synthesis of past, present, and future that embodies Oakley’s philosophy of merging history with innovation.

The future-oriented redesign of the Plantaris emphasizes adaptability and utility through a fluid design methodology. The frames have adjustable temples and a detachable nose cone.

Transparent silicone tips conclude the temple design, which, according to a press release, is inspired by frog legs, providing a glimpse inside the glasses’ vascular internal system. Titanium frames provide a lightweight sensation, complemented by Prizm™ Lens Technology.
Examine Oakley’s new Plantaris sunglasses featured in the lookbook above, and anticipate the frames to be available for purchase on the brand’s official website on July 31.
