Following a sudden announcement, the Blackpink singer and soloist graced the Global Citizen Festival stage as a special guest, delighting fans with an acoustic set that included two covers in addition to her original singles. She commenced with “APT.,” her chart-topping collaboration with Bruno Mars, followed by “two years,” another success from her debut album, Rosie, before on to perform the Cranberries’ poignant “Linger.” In her final performance, she incorporated Oasis' "Wonderwall" into her ballad "Toxic Till the End," creating an emotional mix that captivated the audience.

For the distinguished evening, the pop princess adorned the stage in a baby pink gown befitting royalty. The inspiration originated from that very source. The Aknvas aesthetic, derived from the label’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, embodied the season's central theme of young insurrection in relation to historical grandeur. Designer Christian Juul Nielsen explored the narratives of Danish princesses who were wed for national interests, transforming traditional fabrics, shapes, and details into modern designs, each featuring a subtle edge.

The dress appeared to be tailored specifically for Rosé. The sculpted strapless neckline transitioned into yards of fabric that flowed to a drop waist tie, cascading in gathers to her ankles. Adorned with bows, it resembled a fugitive princess, lifting her petticoats to facilitate her movement. She further embodied this image by styling her long blonde hair in a Rapunzel-like braid.
