Soho House has announced ambitious plans for 2026, which include multiple new locations throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, following a productive last quarter and a historic 30th anniversary year during which it became a private entity in a $2.7 billion USD transaction.

The London-based corporation has lately inaugurated its newest establishment in Manchester, UK, although a significant portion of its attention for the upcoming year seems directed towards the United States. It intends to “completely renovate” Soho House New York – a 45,000-square-foot venue overlooking the Hudson in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District – and enhance its member benefits with a greater emphasis on health and wellbeing. It is inaugurating a whole new venue in NYC, Soho House Flatiron, which will be its fourth and largest in the city, with a Soho Health Club with its "most advanced gym," a club, rooftop terrace, and hotel.

Beyond the five boroughs, the brand has affirmed that work will proceed on its Upstate NY getaway, Soho Farmhouse New York, with intentions for “a series of exclusive dinners featuring guest chefs.” The firm will host its inaugural Soho House Festival in New York City on October 3, 2026, offering "an unforgettable day of live music, entertainment, and unlimited food and drink." The company has announced plans for the West Coast, including renovations to the Soho House Holloway in Los Angeles and the inauguration of the new Soho House Los Cabos at the southern point of Mexico's Baja California peninsula. Soho Beach House in Miami will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment.

Next year will signify what the company designates as “a major milestone”: its 50th house. The event will celebrate its inaugural entry into the Japanese market with the inauguration of Soho House Tokyo in the spring. Situated in the Minami-Aoyama district, it will encompass four levels of club facilities, featuring a rooftop pool, wellness studio, and 42 accommodations—designated as a “new home for our expanding creative community in Japan.”

Soho House has initiatives in proximity to its headquarters. The UK plans to establish The Lazy Wood at its Babington House location on the outskirts of London, featuring freshly constructed outdoor wooden cottages, equipped with all necessary amenities, discreetly situated among the tranquil countryside grounds for guest use. Soho House Manchester, the company's inaugural establishment in northern England, will inaugurate its rooftop pool during the warmer months, anticipated around mid-year.

The brand has announced intentions to establish new locations in Milan, Madrid, and Lisbon, along with a second Italian site with a Soho Farmhouse in Tuscany. Andrew Carnie, CEO of Soho House, indicated the company's future intentions, including plans to establish more facilities in the U.S., including a Soho Desert House in Palm Springs and a Soho Ranch House in Sonoma, the latter being characterised as 'a Soho House first'. Carnie also affirmed that the company's global development will entail a doubling of operations in both Australia and India, with intentions to establish additional locations in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as Goa and Delhi, respectively.

Carnie disclosed that the business intends to explore artificial intelligence by introducing "Ask Vanessa," a new digital concierge feature within the Soho House app.
