It has 10 bespoke drivers, Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 decoding, and patent-pending Wide Stage Technology.

Bang & Olufsen unveils the Beosound Premiere, an aesthetically-focused, aluminum-encased soundbar designed to function as both a sculpture and an enhancement for cinematic experiences. Anticipate a superior construction with a corresponding cost.
Ten bespoke drivers with dedicated amplifiers and an upward-firing tweeter are housed beneath the surface, surrounded by 1,925 meticulously crafted perforations. A patent-pending Wide Stage Technology enhances the perceived breadth and height, creating a room-filling stage experience. It decodes Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 and integrates seamlessly with B&O’s ecosystem through Beolink Surround, allowing for an initial setup with the soundbar and the potential to expand to a complete theater system later.

Engagement is integral to the performance. Ninety internal LEDs illuminate with adjustments, while the finishes in Natural Aluminum, Gold Tone, and Black Anthracite emphasize the object-first approach. Connectivity includes HDMI eARC, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, along with contemporary streaming services such as AirPlay, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, and Deezer Connect. It includes a multifunctional stand suitable for wall mounting or tabletop use.
The appearance is modular as well. Optional coverings feature a gray mélange fabric and carved wooden fronts in oak or dark oak, catering to those seeking a warmer, furniture-centric aesthetic.
The price is set at $5,800 USD, with Natural Aluminum available initially in December, followed by Gold Tone in February and Black Anthracite in March. The Haute Edition, limited to 25 units, features precision-milled grooves, requires 17 hours of machining, includes an engraved number, and is accompanied by a matching Beoremote One and a certificate of authenticity, priced at $15,700 USD.
