Kojima Productions collaborates with exoskeleton manufacturer Dnsys for a tangible, operational partnership. The exclusive Dnsys Z1 Exoskeleton Pro – Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Limited Edition reflects the game's functionality and design.

Co-designed by art director Yoji Shinkawa, it offers 50% additional power to steps, alleviates up to 200% of body weight from the knees, and provides over four hours of support using interchangeable batteries. The design incorporates game-coded elements, including battery-status indicators and advanced gait control, to enhance stability on stairs and uneven surfaces.

Dnsys asserts that users may experience a reduction in weight equivalent to 44 lbs during vertical travel, hence extending their trekking range by several miles. This seeks to enhance practical mobility, rather than only cosplay.

The Dnsys Z1 Exoskeleton Pro – Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Limited Edition will be released on December 2.
