LG Introduces the OLED evo W6, a Wallpaper-Thin TV Built for Luxury Interiors

LG is establishing a new standard for home entertainment design with the official pricing and release information for its 2026 OLED evo W6 Wallpaper TV. The flagship W6 model, being the brand's best display, commands a substantial $1,000 USD premium over the already high-end OLED evo G6 series. The additional expenditure secures an exceptionally slender, wall-flush design with a thickness of merely 9.9mm, akin to the width of a typical pencil rubber. The key to attaining this ultra-clean, minimalist configuration is the incorporation of LG’s Zero Connect Box. Rather than connecting HDMI cables directly to the rear of the display, all consoles, soundbars, and media players connect to a distinct wireless hub that can be situated up to 30 feet away. This external gadget wirelessly delivers flawless 4K video and audio directly to the panel, completely eradicating cable clutter and enabling the screen to function as a sophisticated digital canvas.

In addition to its impressive appearance, the W6 incorporates substantial performance enhancements beneath its exterior. The panel is powered by the brand's advanced Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen3, facilitating an impressive 165Hz Variable Refresh Rate and a 0.1ms reaction time tailored for dedicated gamers. Visuals are augmented by sophisticated Hyper Radiant Colour technology, employing Brightness Booster Ultra to achieve brightness levels up to 3.9 times greater than traditional OLED configurations.
