Can a YouTuber resolve TikTok's dilemma?

MrBeast is intent on buying TikTok. In light of the impending TikTok ban, the immensely successful YouTuber, Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, recently stated on X, “Okay, fine, I’ll buy TikTok so it doesn’t get banned.”
The subsequent day, MrBeast informed his followers that numerous billionaires had contacted him regarding a prospective acquisition, stating, “Unironically, I’ve had so many billionaires reach out to me since I tweeted this; let’s see if we can accomplish this.” MrBeast appears to be accelerating his efforts, use TikTok to convey a message to ByteDance, the platform's parent firm, and to the United States at large.
MrBeast shared a TikTok announcing his recent departure from a meeting with several billionaires. He stated in the video, “TikTok, we are serious about our intentions….” We have a proposal prepared for you; we wish to acquire the platform. The United States merits TikTok. Provide me with a place at the table. I will preserve this platform. The YouTuber's estimated net worth is $500 million USD. Following the statement, it appears that MrBeast is poised to become a co-owner of the social media application, contingent upon the acceptance of his proposal. Currently, TikTok is valued at over $300 billion USD. The Biden administration's legislation enacted last year mandates the prohibition of TikTok in the United States unless ByteDance divests the application to an American entity, positioning the app for potential removal by January 19.
