Prodrive has introduced a revised edition of its renowned Racing Simulator, now augmented with custom craftsmanship from many of Britain's most distinguished craftspeople. Unveiled in Bang & Olufsen's Mayfair flagship, the 2025 model integrates motorsport technology with traditional luxury.

Initially envisioned by former F1 team principal David Richards and crafted by Ian Callum, the simulator transcends a mere high-performance training apparatus; it serves as a focal point of sculptural artistry. The latest model enhances partnerships with British artisans such as Connolly for bespoke leather interiors, Vaughtons for customized badging, and Pendennis for a steam-formed lacquered wood exterior influenced by superyachts and grand pianos.

The carbon-fiber monocoque chassis, suspended within a varnished wooden "hoop," encases a 49” curved display, motorsport-grade steering, and a sophisticated pedal box that emulates the sensation of contemporary race cars. Bang & Olufsen's enhanced audio, standard with Beoplay HX headphones and available for the Beosound A9 speaker, provides an immersive sound experience.

Each simulator installation necessitates only one power wire and is managed by a comprehensive concierge service, accompanied by a customized Goodwool cover. Beginning in July, the enhanced simulator will be showcased at Harrods and Auto Vivendi, providing racing enthusiasts an opportunity to acquire a piece of British motorsport luxury.
