The exclusive restoration item is available for the substantial sum of $31,000.

In their fifth cooperation, Saint Laurent Rive Droite and Bang & Olufsen present the legendary Beogram 4000c turntable.
The turntable was initially launched in the 1970s and rapidly emerged as a quintessential element of attractive audio equipment. In this edition, Saint Laurent and Bang & Olufsen have refurbished 10 original Beogram 4000c turntables, enhancing them for contemporary use. Each item is accompanied by a robust ziricote wood case, enhanced with metal accents and uniquely numbered. Nonetheless, artisanal restoration is not inexpensive. The contemporary turntable will be priced at €30,000 EUR (about $31,000 USD).
The cooperation between Saint Laurent and Bang & Olufsen commenced in 2017, following Anthony Vaccarello's appointment as creative director of the brand. Earlier collaborations in the alliance include featured the Beoplay 8 earphones, the Beoplay speaker, and the highly exclusive Beosound A9.
Alongside Bang & Olufsen, Saint Laurent has partnered with Fender, inaugurated a Paris branch of the Los Angeles restaurant Sushi Park, and organized a series of art shows in the freshly refurbished Rive Droite premises. Such partnerships exemplify Vaccarello's endeavors to evolve Saint Laurent from a fashion firm into a meticulously crafted experiential lifestyle brand.
The Beogram 4000c turntable is not yet available for purchase but will be offered in the forthcoming weeks at Saint Laurent Rive Droite locations in Paris and Los Angeles, as well as online here: YSL.
