VITURE and CD Projekt Red Commemorate the 5th Anniversary of 'Cyberpunk 2077' Through a Collaboration on XR Glasses

VITURE has partnered with CD Projekt Red to release limited-edition XR glasses commemorating the fifth anniversary of Cyberpunk 2077.

Released today, the aptly titled “Luma Cyber XR Glasses” draw inspiration from the brand’s Luma Pro and Luma Ultra models, featuring a uniquely Cyberpunk style characterised by semi-translucent shells, neon-inspired embellishments, and exposed circuitry elements.

They utilise the identical display system seen in the Luma Ultra and incorporate panels equipped with the newest MicroOLED technology developed by Sony. This, along with VITURE’s patented optics, provides a 152-inch virtual display, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of up to 1,500 nits—sufficient for use in all conditions, both day and night.

The glasses are compatible with a range of devices, including computers, tablets, and various others. They natively support all principal handheld devices, including the Steam Deck, MSI Claw 8 AI+, ASUS ROG Ally, and Legion Go. Furthermore, when utilised with the VITURE Pro Mobile Dock, they can connect to the Switch 2 for full-screen gameplay without necessitating a TV or monitor. The requirement for a mobile dock arises from hardware constraints imposed by Nintendo; however, most devices with video-out capabilities do not require the dock.

The glasses, weighing only 79 grammes and equipped with a built-in –4.0 D myopia adjustment, are designed for comfort during prolonged use, whether for mobile gaming or movie streaming. The partnership emphasises VITURE’s Immersive 3D Mode, a unique technology that introduces real-time depth to 2D content, creating a multi-dimensional, atmospheric experience. The functionality accommodates games, videos, and applications for Windows, Android, iOS, and Mac platforms.

The VITURE X Cyberpunk 2077 5th Anniversary Collector’s Edition can now be ordered on the brand's website for $549 USD. Every product is sent in co-branded packaging, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a unique serial number.
